Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Every Koosia bag leaves us only after a thorough quality check. If your order does not meet your expectations, we are here to make it right — simply, fairly, and without unnecessary steps.

Shipping & Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, subject to product availability.
- Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days from the date of order, depending on your location.
- A tracking link will be shared via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
- Koosia currently ships across India. International shipping timelines, where available, will be communicated at checkout.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All original tags are intact and have not been removed
- The product is returned with its original dust bag, box, and packaging
- The item has not been altered, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the above conditions are not met upon inspection at our end.

What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Orders that include a complimentary or free gift as part of a promotion
- Orders shipped in a Koosia Gift Box, where the gift box is part of the purchase
- Items purchased during sale events or at discounted prices, unless defective
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or dust bag

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps to raise a request:
- 1Email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at +91 82918 55565 within 7 days of delivery.
- 2Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
- 3Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
- 4Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled by Koosia — you do not need to arrange shipping.
- 5After the item is received and passes quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Please do not ship items back independently without prior confirmation from our team. Self-shipped returns without approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process & Timeline
Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, refunds are processed as follows:

- Refunds are initiated only after the returned item clears quality inspection.
- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- For COD orders, a Razorpay payment link will be sent to your registered mobile number. The refund will be processed once the link is completed and the return passes inspection.

Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for a different colour or size of the same product, subject to availability.
- If the requested variant is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
- Exchange items follow the same pickup and inspection process as returns.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging
- We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
- This applies regardless of sale status or gift packaging
We take full accountability for items damaged in transit or incorrectly dispatched.

Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team directly.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The standard return process applies after delivery.
- Prepaid orders cancelled within the window will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
