• Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, subject to product availability.
• Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days from the date of order, depending on your location.
• A tracking link will be shared via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
• Koosia currently ships across India. International shipping timelines, where available, will be communicated at checkout.

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused and in its original condition
• All original tags are intact and have not been removed
• The product is returned with its original dust bag, box, and packaging
• The item has not been altered, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Orders that include a complimentary or free gift as part of a promotion
• Orders shipped in a Koosia Gift Box, where the gift box is part of the purchase
• Items purchased during sale events or at discounted prices, unless defective
• Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging, tags, or dust bag

Please follow these steps to raise a request:

Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, refunds are processed as follows:

• Refunds are initiated only after the returned item clears quality inspection.
• Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
• For COD orders, a Razorpay payment link will be sent to your registered mobile number. The refund will be processed once the link is completed and the return passes inspection.

• Exchanges are available for a different colour or size of the same product, subject to availability.
• If the requested variant is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
• Exchange items follow the same pickup and inspection process as returns.
• Only one exchange per order is permitted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging
• We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
• This applies regardless of sale status or gift packaging

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team directly.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The standard return process applies after delivery.
• Prepaid orders cancelled within the window will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
